Base item: Book of Ennead accessory
Handicrafts/Alchemy R11
Sophia points consumed per production: 250

Ingredients:
Asclepius' Medicated Bath x20
Ventus Reduction x10
The Sun's Gemstone x1
20% chance of success

As with all Transmutation Alchemy recipes, Book of Uroboros items work fine. Sadly, Book of the Wingless Dragon do not. Stats:

Someone said in Asian Server it dropped a lot more rare items with this Item in effect when you search in those SoW cities.

Maybe they do affect such things in Legacy inland zones on Asian servers, but see the comments under Special Goods Production Rate Up for more information on how that skill apparently works on Maris server.
