Listed as a drop for Ganador opponent Wang Jinghong who is available in the 15th Century, periods 1-3. I can't personally confirm whether this is true on GAMA, though.

I am happy to say that now all the booster items for the adventure skills are now added on the wikia. The only exception is Navigation, since it is difficult to access some of the new Aide Fleet recipes.

Aide Fleet recipes for the +1 Navigation clothes/accessories? You probably already knew, but just in case, they should all be listed here:

Google Translate renders them as "Clothing sewing secretary - RegionName", e.g. Oceania, or Africa. They're credited as being available from the "Commerce Administration Bureau" NPC.

Helpfully, selecting a specific region shows all recipes from it, Sewing and Handicrafts alike. The only real trick besides translating it all, is figuring out what the outfits look like... but I'm sure it's not that hard to do. Cheers. And congrats on that fine work over at the Wikia, as well.

Yep, I have the names of the clothes from Aide Fleet production. Just missing some of the images. I will collect those as I eventually come across the items in bazaars/company shops.
