is it possible to have EA , adjutant cabin and wind resistant also. on a couple of other ships I have tried to add a third thing and it didn't appear as being put on the ship, so it makes me wonder if it maxes out at 2 add ons.

Naoyasu

you can only add 2 optional skills to a ship. the third skill must be added via an original ship skill permit.

It seem to be fast ship, but it has low limit gun port and crew. How can I increase gun port and crew

Naoyasu,
Its an Adventurer's ship not made for fighting...but for high speed travel and exploring. Run with it ...don't fight. If you want to fight...pick another ship

is this faster than LMS 5/5 with speed mod build?

A lvl 52 Adventurer
07-08-2013
I am wondering this as well. Or if I will have to wait for level 67 trade and 53 adventure for a Tea Clipper.:)
Spy.07-08-2013
Its hard to answer that because there's so many factors to think about first, but in my opinion Clipper can beat LMS. Afterall, LMS is a trade ship & adv ship is always faster. If you're adventurer, just try to carry less than 50 (20 for me lol) supplies per trip which makes it faster & when going full adventure, just let your aide ship go, they will take some food which will require more cargo. Afterall, every seconds count when you're trying to beat a LMS.
So basically Clipper can beat LMS as long as the captain of Clipper is wise enough to set it to full speed status ;)
Spy.07-08-2013
My advice really is to use a ship you prefer, like if you think trade ship is better than adv ship then do so. Try not to follow other people --I suppose like me lol-- and play your own style, its boring to follow the mainstream, do it the other way! :)
Its a game afterall, don't get too serious on it, play at your own rules, time, etc.
Be an adventurer, sail around, discover stuff.
Be a trader, trade & get to know all the region specialties and production knowledge.
Be a maritimer & talk all day.. kidding x) and pew pew some stuff, but don't let other people change your gameplay just cause its the best way blah blah.
Meh.. just my 2 cent

Yeah. Nicely put, Spy. =) Question (to anybody who adventures a lot): is it worth waiting four more ADV levels for Large Survey Clipper (w/ EA), or would I be better off to get a regular Clipper (w/ EA) now? Only been playing a few months now, so I could use a little extra advice on Clipper vs. Clipper. ;)

Theo

Clipper w/EA for now
Though Large Suvey Clipper is only faster by a small margin

Big Trading CLippers made for speed would be faster. :)
