                                Silver armour as of today (07/02/13) I would probably say around 200-250M for the Silver armour. The Silver Helm is a very popular maritime helm which increase's it's price something chronic, so would estimate for 300-350 for the helm. iPod.

                                Quests in a big chain like this one, especially those that give equipment rewards, usually are not repeatable unless you can lose their discovery card (use it in an official Academy Debate and lose, hoping that card will be lost, or have it come up during Treasure Hunt clue synthesis, and use it in hopes of it being lost there as well).

                                Now assuming you meet that lost card criteria, or if you have somebody who hasn't done the quest pull it for you, the equipment reward still may never drop for you again; alternatively, it could drop again, but at an extremely low percentage rate, meaning it would take multiple tries.
