                            Is there any other requirement on this quest. I blew though 150 QMP without it poping. I have all 3 langues 25k adventure fame and done prequest.

                            as I get both quests need 30k Adv fame, can't get them too, and when get 30k fame did first then back and did second one... without problems.

                            Do i need ALL 6 language skills for this quest to pop, or just the three skills stated in the quest requirement?

                            I would say yes, the only skill I miss is Hebrew and never got this quest to show up in like 2/3 months, last week I took Hebrew from Tunis, passed in Amsterdam and the quest was there.

                            Eh, for me, I had Latin as an aide skill, and used a Hamito translation note, then used QMPs until this quest showed up. I've never seen this quest appear any other way, so yeah, I think you gotta meet the requirements to be able to see it. But as for needing all 6 language skills.. nah, I think body language covers the French/Porto/Italian parts. At least, I didn't have any problems! Maybe I should re-run the quest to be sure, eh-heh.

                            that is the problem with this game, I have all the conditions for qvest and 50 kmp and nothing !!! very angry and disappointed with uwo

                            My condolences. I recently spent 400 QMPs to try and pull just five quests, only three of which showed up before I was out of permits. That is simply the nature of the RNG, I suppose.
