Modified Ironside is OAK with 962 dura that is 75 extra dura compared to non-nc oak.
Festive Ironside is basically FESTIVE TEAK with 913 dura that is 132 extra dura compared to non-nc teak.
So...... unless festive ships cannot be paneled or have other penalties Festive Ironside will be extremely OP cause it will have around 1133 dura after panelings that is just insane!

panel add 1% more dura so like 7 more dura than means with max dura imrpove this wont even reach the 1200 dura while msf, afcv or flr have all 1300+ dura so its not really that op even a MF has more dura

Panel takes it to 141% of base dura. If a ship like MFCV is made of iron then it's already 140% of base dura in that situation yes panel only adds 1% but for non-iron ships like MSF which is made of copper at 135% of base dura you will get 6% extra dura (1012 to 1057) take another example MF is made of teak which is 110% of base dura after paneling you get a whole 31% extra dura (726 to 930) so you see Festive Ironside will get an extra 31% dura plus its NC bonus of 132 extra dura.

No really, the reply from above suggest this is eithe festive teak (110% base to 141% with panel = more dura than MIS) or it's festive iron (140% base to 141% with panel = almost 200 less dura than MIS) I have never owned FIS so I am curious as the it's actual stats before I can consider whether I should sell stuff to buy one and how much it'd be.

Its quite simple lads, chance of getting criticals with FIS is half, 50% less, and has more dura then AFCV...when surrounded by 4 ships guess what I rather have...just stop trying to dumb ppl down by saying AFCV is better ppl are not stupid. Hernan if you have any PvP experience you would realize direct hit prevention is only r1 which means it has to be constantly reactivated, which means when you escape from melee you are likely to be without it now and again, which means death, plus welcome melee is unreliable if FCV user also hire noob sailors you have like what 50% chance to have your skill NOT activated = 50% risk getting meleed to death if you cannot escape in time (especially if they have aide which prevents escape). Also AFCV is all rounded, you can 1v2 1v3 or whatever and still stand a chacne, FIS is purely defensive, so it is not "way better" as FIS cannot perform so many roles that AFCV or even FFCV can.

1 - You only get melee to death if you don't change your sailors and if no one uses surgery FIS is Admiral ship not stand alone ship, so those types of comments are just lame...

2 - One more improve in AFCV wont get you to more then +250 dura improve so even if AFCV was going 10/10 it still would have less dura them FIS and no direct hit prevention which by the way should be obviously on your shortcut list after all DHP is a maneuvering protective skill and yes you can activate it ALWAYS before you get crit when getting out of melee since 1/3 of a clicking second is what it takes to press the keyboard shortcut and shooting for critical takes far more...only a total scared to death noob would freeze long enough to forget activating DHP in time...so please stop lame comments and get real ! There is no F.king comparison between FIS and AFCV at all !!!

1 - With Master cannon 16 + any equipment you might use FIS can perfectly act like any attacking ship and sunk who ever comes close in its range !
2 - With fresh sailors + Welcome melee skill + 2 Large Sterncastle + Aide surgery assistance from 2 boat FIS can even sustain itself in an alone scenario fighting against "rape" ships and the likes...
3 - FIS should be played as ADMIRAL ship in any group PVP fleet requiring mobility instead of Admiral babysitting in whatever task you feel like, from Team battle, Pirate hunting, to ESF, with Max dura + top armor plates + DHP + Evasion + Shot Defense to be at its most effective use.

Going with fresh sailors in a melee able ship to deliberately try to catch a FIS a MIS or a MSF and potentially (not certain) render welcome melee ineffective is a totally dumb option since you are decreasing your chances against any other ship in the fight such as AFCV, AV, RHG, FLR, CLR, RVG, or whatever else with high sailors you might come across, now why would you want to do that specially if anyone else in the fleet and most likely all together can heal the sailors with surgery ? I often wonder how come ppl believe and fall for such shity arguments without a second thought, I mena how dumb do you have to be ?

Obviously we are talking of extreme situations as even 1300+ dura ships are to an extent relatively hard to sunk...the problem at hand is AFCV can in fact fall victim of multiple criticals when under heavy fire. Any ship even FIS under severe multiple attacks is at high risk of going down, it just happens FIS has a 50% less chance then competition.

ppl with negative wave did poor improve if you ask me, I have use the calculator to check the math and you can have max sails, max dura, +10 turn +5 wave +8 armor (more the enough with 45 base + evasion and shot defense on)

The focus here is on THE 1420 dura it can achieve allied to DHP !!!

Quite frankly in BC FIS is just a very Fast well protected MAV and I am OK with it BC is irrelevant for ship fighting BC is a kids play/training ground just for fun ! For all purposes in BC just turn on all offensive skills you have Balist, Accur, Penet,and forget defense, don't forget to use top master Cannon 16 + AOL + Koxinga bow + Tansui Sea War Chronicles and you will see how easy you can act like a cannon ship !

Everyone should use ships with Improved Gunport and activate ballistics and reload (lol) and maybe penetration (not that penetration matters, given the sheer power of max god cannons). Top ships on server (not arranged in order):
FIS = best admiral, with those stats and DHP+DSD+EVA it will require a lot of set-up to sink this ship unless it's a noob who just eat crits in the face.
HFCV = best all rounded out-fighter and second best admiral, a FCV that's as fast as Ironsides and faster than S.Frigates is just mad, and that 1448 dura plus APN+WMB is just omfg.
AFCV = best in-fighter used to lock-down opponents in melee and block their aim against the admiral.

OK so people keep saying less cargo increases speed and after testing I can say I do not notice much difference. This website and ingame message both says reducing cargo reduces wave resistance (is that hidden value?) which should indirectly increase speed a little, the message also says it increases turn speed (again, is that hidden value?) which should also reduce speed loss a little. So can some veterains please let me know what your thoughts are? Is it worth going -25% cargo if I lose so much wave resist (slower ship)? And some ships do not get +1 turn from -25% cargo so in that case is the reduced cargo's improvement on turn a hidden value if so how significant is it? Thanks!

I can tell you that it says decreasing cargo increases turn, and you see that already in the turn performance boost, that's what that means as best as we can tell. If you read closer, you'll notice it does not say it will reduce wave resistance, it says it will reduce water resistance. As best as we can tell this is not engrish for wave resistance but indeed some hidden value that is mentioned NOWHERE ELSE! Welcome to the "game of discovery" which is code for we aren't going to tell you, neener neener.

Most 7/7 and 8/8 ships can still get max sails with the penalty but the wave resist penalty is like losing a Dstorm so it is very significant. As far as my own experience goes reducing cargo helps with the initial acceleration a fair bit.

Port Official:
Chinese wiki says lower total hold (crew + cannons + cargo) leads to shorter gaps between each start-up acceleration bursts, but it has no impact on max speed.
It also says higher armour and less number of equippable sails leads to larger degree of each start-up acceleration bursts.
Since WR only affects max speed the WR penalty attached to -25% does not really affect maritimers unless it puts you below 11 WR.

i gotta agree with Lena, they dont care about the players that have been playing for a few years putting money into the game, they dont care about these players even quitting the game from mistakes and greed from NM. NM atm only seem to care about replacing the original and most experienced players. its really sad cos i love this game, and seeing the greats quit game cos NM cant be bothered to ask players whether certain functions/items should be released, is a really sad. NM are sabotaging themselves and they dont seem to realise, yes theyve apologised for certain errors theyve made, but no apologies should be made for a game that has been running for years. their biggest resource of how this game can be improved and maintained as 1 of the best MMOs out there are the players, who they insult and upset on a regular basis. now GMs are hoping to communicate with companys and players, great news, hope they listen and take into account the valuable information that players can and will happily give. seeing so many new players is great too, great move imo, just hopefully they will listen to their valuable players, just a shame so many greats have already quit.

The HSFCV has just a little more durability over fis. The skillset for both is different, but very good, and FIS has +1 improvement; and the FIS has more base turn on top of that. Crew for both ships is practically the same.

People use WMB for both ships.

Are you saying that atk prevention net is far superior to Direct hit prevention?

If the issue here is 1x1 battle, then maybe the HSFCV has the advantage, because its melee defence is very reliable(in the end it may not even matter anyway... deck battles...)

But if we are talking about fleets, I assure you, I prefer my admiral using a FIS.

Also, it has lower lvl requirements, which brings utility. I can give it to an aide and use a faster ship for long distance travel.

Battousai WMB alone is not sufficient, agains MLA you can easily get killed yet HSFCV is a lot more defensive in melee, and your comparision between APN and DHP is wrong as APN is multiplied onto WMB meaning you get 260% defense (APN normally offer 30% defense, now offer 60%) basically you should compare DHP with 2x APN.

DHP is good but it takes up one skill slot. It's good for admiral but for non-admiral ship HSFCV is surely better. Overall I agree don't think one ship is better than the other but I think you are also biased.

v.s. HSFCV, each assault only kill 5 people, I always retreated when vs HSFCV.

v.s. FIS, each assault will kill 20+, and a few more rounds of tactics, I can kill FIS

Noobs should also be aware that it's harder to use FIS in the sense that if you always have DHP on regardless of the condition then you are essentially handicapping yourself so frequent skill switch is a must and learning how to do that fast (press icon then enter then ~ to bring up custom slot) is required.

20+ men got killed in one round isn't very good. Usually, LA with Restriction in 3 rounds, can kill more than 70+ sailors in total, if you use bell to retreat, another 30+ sailor will gone in the 4th round. If you use normal retreat, and you don't have the pvn, then you are very likely to lose 80+ in one round.

Anyway, my experience is, after 2-3 times melee, IS class is useless. each 10 sailors you kill, there is 1 you cannot get back by surgery. btw LA class is very hard to get killed by either cannon or melee. So IS class is very likely ended up with sailors < 130 when vs LA, then people can just ignore IS.

I fight several times against Bliz in BC, he didn't use any defensive skill, I can tell from the side damage and 5+ people were attacking him and yet he survived. he is just too tough to sink. we didn't even manage to crit him once.

God cannons matter a lot. He is using normal shot god cannons which can kill people from a very far distance. That matters a lot! And it is really not fair. since he can still turn on defense skill and kill ship with high dur. I was in English side in the last ESF and yes their team now has the best cooperation and a few good players like dog. actually just dog, apple wasn't there.

dutch side have 7-8 good ones while Spanish side only have 4-5. How can dutch lose? and at that time I believe the server is in Korea, so north American players suffer a lot while only dog was really good at one blow at stern. Now he is no longer that accurate due to lag.

There is no maybe: beyond-me abused super Master High Perriers 16 on this Esf. He was just loading ballistics/pen/accuracy and each of his shots was a kill. Every-single-shot was a kill. I recorded it. His dutch mates seemed clean though.

If you ask me, he killed the fun for many people in the esf, including his own team.

They are all awesome players, they really dont need to use that to win. Its a pity they did.

For techs, they spawn faster if you have more weapons techs activated. Each 5 activated weapon techs will reduce the spawn time by 1 second. In my case, I have 90 weapon techs(bows, swords, guns and so on). The initial spawn time for techs is 20 seconds and the limit is 5 seconds. So you need at least 75 activated techs (excluding non-weapon techs) for achieving the 5 second spawning time. That's probably the secret?

Just giving you a rough idea on how long it would take to get finesse to lvl 35:

For a fleet of 2, it takes 3 minutes to get 100 finesse exp, and thus 15 minutes per level (requiring 500 finesse exp).

Therefore in one hour you may get 3 or 4 finesse levels, and need 10 hours play time with perfect teamwork to reach lvl 35.

The exact timing will differ depending on the players mental abilities and skill. Its not hard to get 100 finesse every time, however the timing is what will be the major factor, as well as tech reload timing.

Yesterday I did around 20-25 levels in the span of 8-9 hours off and on grinding. The timing will determine, based off of whoever loads there techs the slowest.

Example; me and +1 we had to wait roughly 1 minute 6 seconds(13.6 tech reload time being the slower end) into the fight prior to unloading techs with about 1 minute give or take to complete the battle. 9/10 times reaching 90 and 100 finesse (chain 13) due to hitting the npc two hard, using the method of 3-3-3-2-1-1 vs the NPC's doing red tech in Cairo.

Skill Refill
20 - [(Total Adventure Techs + Total Trade Techs) / 2 + Total Battle Techs] / 5; measured in seconds, maximum limit = 5 seconds.

Being techs that you have activated (with an check mark next to them in tech window)

The reason why people use the weapon techs is you have a lot more control over what actually pops up that way. Bow techs won't load unless you have a bow equipped, so they help your get techs faster while staying out of your way and off of your loaded techs.

Regarding to lowering the damage:

Mentoring a noob fleet member sets your skills back dramatically. Close range player should try this technique. It also halves your HP though, so quite fun!

Mid/long range partner in this case should try holding the aggro off the close range player(s) so they do not die due to low HP.

It is a good trust-building exercise, too.

Once the 3 upper box is full of techs, dont try to use it for a few seconds (10-30 I thinking depends on the damage). Then try using one and another one will fill up the used one. My experience I was able to use 5 straight techs from doing single dungeon. The best way to gain tech points, again in my exp is boardeux middle floor, the last boss heals 3-4 times so you can use multiple techs, was able to gain 16 tech points in one battle, not high but good compared to 2 or 3. cheers...

you know what, i dont care if he obtained if he acquired all his noto sinking his alt (even if he did) or if its from sinking low lvl players. Are you guys complaining gonna pay him for his time moderating your comments? I think it would be great to have some moderation here, but it would also be futile. IP banning transgressors doesn't work, so they'll just come back.

Mandatory registration is a useless idea, too. Anyone could register under any name, hell they could register again for any comment they want to make. There is no way to force correct name usage, since this site isn't part of the official site, and doesn't have that kind of access.

One thing that would help a bit is to have a strong captcha mechanism on the comments, like Recaptcha. Easy to implement and it would stop the actual spam and a lot of the malicious scripts that attempt to exploit the comment form periodically.

is this the second best ship after HSFCV now?? I see it has +2 turn +2 wave and +3 armor over AFCV, also more V&H sail.. AFCV owners big sticking point was "tank ship" but this ships dura (1420) is right there too... Not to mention FIS having WMB for 200% defense and so you wont lose any ship parts during battle.. Also DHP so you cant be crit in the bow... Yes AFCV goes 8/8 when FIS goes 7/7 but with that extra improve slot FIS still God mods better... Seems like AFCV is falling falling falling

FIS has been better since it first came out. Remember even MIS was... Only reason AFCV has so much hype still is because a few older influential players are still pumping it up to maintain value in their investment.. If you ever watch the SL/PAC battles with REAL maritimers you will see all HSFCVs, FISs and MISs. Very few AFCVs still used.. Most of the AFCV owners are the 2nd tier maritimers. The lvl 70 battlers from time played and grinding NPCs. All the REAL maritimers know...

Sigh... How many times do we need to repeat, WMB is unreliable in melee, if your opponent also hire noob sailors you have around 50% chance of failing to activate WMB.
Also even with WMB activated you can only engage in melee a few times before losing sailors that cannot be surgery back to life, eventually going below the minimum crew needed to effectively sail your ship and use your cannons.
AFCV is a good tank not just cause it has 8/8 for higher armour (at the expense of -13 dura) but because it can serve the tank role of meleeing opponents to set-up for your teammate, whereas FIS shouldn't do that cause WMB is unreliable, got it?
AFCV also can use IGP for extra range and reload speed, the only other ships with IGP like MSupF/AVaiss have -70/-100 dura respectively, that's where AFCV shine as well.

@ Nina.. If your top arguements why AFCV is better is only IGP and sailor number you are very confused.. Any REAL maritimer has no need for IGP when you have max cannon skills. IGP is for noobs or aid ships. FIS can have the skill but has much better optional skills available instead. Also stop creating lies about WMB being only 50% effective. I never have any problems with WMB. Everytime I port I cut all sailors, add 153 low ability sailors and have no problems with WMB. People are giving up on AFCV.. Today alone an AFCV 8/8 + 2-3NC ships was offered for ANY FIS in Seville. Now with AFCV in the TB now and more available the price will continue to drop. AFCV will be on the MIS price range within next 2 weeks..

Scroll up, you will see other posts about this, when your opponents want you killed in melee then WMB is a lot less effective.
I bet most of you posters are noobs or semi-noobs as all the top players I spoke to agree how WMB is unreliable, and the only saving grace is most opponents don't care enough to counter WMB.

People tends to forget the secondary ability of welcome melee wich is the part where it says prevents plunder, wich means the adversary pillage orders will not work, and pro players knows how pillage orders can change the tide of the battle when you get an equiped cannon or plate armour stolen on the middle of the battle. So having welcome melle skill on such ocasions will help a lot in avoiding that to happen.

Claiming it's AFCV owners trying to retain value of their ship? Isn't it equally possible that it's FIS owners trying to uptalk their ship? And since there's only 2 AFCV owners trying to sell their ships while there were at least half a dozen trying to sell/trade FIS I think the latter is more possible.

Also with regards to the price drop it's not just AFCV, even FIS were like 15-16b in the past few weeks and some go as low as 13b (noob trades are like 1-2b as always and not representative of the market anyway).

WMB has a high chance of failing when opponents also hire low ability sailors is weak argument? Unless you can prove how FIS is better at lowering crew ability otherwise it's a really strong argument and if you can't get that you are either in denial or retarded......

Prevent plunder, ah yes, but does it work when you fail to activate WMB? I've asked before and no one gave answer yet. But either way, pillage orders aren't that common seriously, and Obstruction prevents it, and most important thing is that in ESF/BC those are not applicable anyway.

I have both ships, I don't think one is better than the other, like the post before me said, it's a matter of preference, not a straight FIS way better and can ask for more to add in a deal. Stop trying to scam.

Our server's top players like Bliz already explained why HSFCV, AFCV, FIS and MLA are all comparable top-class ships none is better than the others they all excel in different roles and are the best at what they do.

New players, try to think for yourself and not listen to all the random comments here cause the pattern is jerks tend to shit talk ships they want to buy and uptalk ships they want to sell.

Facts:
--> If you use DHP (direct hit prevention) you are left with 2 skills and if you are using FIS/MIS you shouldn't go without shot defense (usually double shot or normal shot defense) and/or evasion so you are left with 1-2 slots for cannons.
--> Sure you can switch skills and be flexible but how often can you do that? How bad is the delay (uwo has awful skill/item menu delays and cancel takes time), don't blindly listen to anyone including me just try constantly switching between offensive/defensive skills see if it's even practical.
--> Get a friend, both of you hire noobs, go mock a bunch of times, see if WMB truly gives you 200% every time lol you will see.

All in all FIS is great no doubt, but that doesn't make it better or worth more than AFCV unless you personally perceive it to be.

Scroll up and you will see the first week FIS came out onto TB some posts commenting it's worth less than MIS cause of 7/7, then HSFCV was shit talked to devalue it cause it only has 6/6 plus low crew, same went for MLA the focus was on how slow it is, now AFCV...... What that means is while a ship is in TB best ignore negative posts about it cause it's what players do to scam you innocent new players......

In BC more than once I see good players (eg, Sergent002 or was it another veteran can't remember lol) use FIS without turning on DHP like 90% of the time and only when surrounded he switch skill. Those 90% of the time you would be better off using AFCV with more consistent melee survival and quicker reload. To the guy who said pros don't need it I doubt you are even in the PvP scene if you can make such a noob comment.

Blah blah blah... AFCV isnt even in the convo for top ship. That is between FIS and HSFCV. When was the last time you even saw a high end maritimer even trying to buy afcv. AFCV cant touch FIS!! (1) Your enemy can also fire sailors and hire all noobs then you cannot guarantee lower crew ability so you cannot guarantee WMB works.
(2) FIS does not have all the optional skill AFCV has OMG are you so dumb does FIS have APN? IGP? Go check you will find more skills that FIS do not have.
(3) FIS lose 20+ sailors per round against MLA even if you are packed the best equipment and high level high first aid high crew loyalty, so if WMB fails you can only last like 2 rounds against those with aide Obstruction you can't even use bell to reliably retreat whereas AFCV can survive a lot more rounds and have buffed retreat from APN.

Erda is right these two ships comparable not FIS way better.

Maybe Kicker only fight noobs or hell he may only fight NPC that's why she's never had WMB failing cause enemy don't know how to counter :)

Why do people keep comparing. There is no BEST maritime NC ship in the game. It's all up to the person whose using it. You keep forgetting skills, exp in pvp, and equips is also part o fbeing a great maritimer, a ship is only part of it. Again, stop comparing.

Regarding prices. It's all up to the supply and demand. 5 players shouting in seville selling AFCV or FIs for 30b??? don't u think even one of them will lower it to 29b just to sell it. Again supply and demand. It's been a long time since AFCV was in tbox compared to FIs so only time will tell what will happen to the prices.

It's hard to compare, but these are the facts, 200% at 153 crew will have higher melee defense but 130% at 217 crew with have more melee HP so to speak, as you can afford to lose a lot more rounds.
Another important fact is quite a few MIS (same melee capabilities as FIS) got sunk in BC in January and I also personally witnessed an MIS sunk by a galleass (don't know if it's CLR or FLR or RHG) last week.
One point that no one seem to point out is that AFCV can play an OFFENSIVE MELEE role use to kill those weak in melee whereas MIS/FIS has much weaker melee attack.

EmilyReis the only SL member with enough guts to remain orange/red. "The truth has a very valid point, many failed to prepare and rather then grind land skills are opting to use turtles instead to skirt having to be full maratimer in ever aspect.

Some may argue this or that about deck/land, the fact is; Deck/land IS part of this game. it IS part of pvp, it IS staying for a long time to come.

Many top tier maritimer are forced to grind their land skills and have no one to blame but themselfs for being to complacent and stop their leveling after maxing cannons melee, some did generaly not no, others have company mates/friends whom play/played the other server who should of very well informed them as it was just recently they nerf'd deck battle. This is not just SL HOO/Pac/BBB/Garuda/ect apply in this aspect as well.

Pros of FIS is that it is fast and tough

Cons is that it has low sailors and not as tough as FCV class NC ships

Designed to be a snipe ship not a melee one

Good for PvP, ok for PvE cannons, horrid for PvE melee.

If you use it to PvE plunder it is a bad ship cause you keep needing to fire and rehire the crew to make WM work and being on the receiver end all the time will not allow you to get rare items as easily

Jazzmin shouldnt be shunned. While not a classy move to support a 3rd party website, she did take down a scammer. She isnt one known for actually spending NC mostly sailing im crap ships. I dont think she had any intentions in actually buying the ship as she did in just scamming the scammer. I can respect that. So what she get a 10 day ban, NM had to do something for violating TOS. Uwo Reserve Bank is a joke.. The founder is Savvia, aka Zachaary Ren. His personal info is listed above. Savvia was once a normal uwo gamer. Then he got too much into the financial aspects of the game. He is now known as one of the biggest scammers and losers in UWO history. Having no life he spends his time trying to dicatate the market of UWO ships and items. The guy is a complete loser. His prices are way off and he cares nothing about UWO other than to scam you of your ducats. Now with his new website it gives him a chance to take your real money now. He is trying to sell his stolen and scammed ships and scam your real money. Some of the other playres involved in URB is Enternal and cml. Avoid doing any business with these losers in game and especially from their 3rd party scam site.
While I don't support rolesgold, mook or any of the 3rd parties sites, I highly advise everyone to avoid this site especially. Atleast rolesgold and mook have respectable reputations. Ive never heard any scam stories involving these site. URB has been around less than a month and already is one of the shadiest and poorly ran business ive ever seen. Is that who you trust with your real money? A bum loser gamer with a reputation as a huge scammer, working along side other known scammers.. URB is a joke and will be gone in no time. Their reputation is already destroyed. Savvia is even scamming his own friends now as it wasn't his FIS that got scammed but one of the other business members.

Here is what you really need to remember:

Screenshots were taken of Jazzmin's transactions with urb long before the actual "scam" took place. Did they know in advance Jazz wasn't going to pay? Surely not, but there's all of those screenshots documenting every detail.

This isn't something you can go back and capture after the fact, you have to do this as it is happening. So you can safely assume urb is documenting all contact made to them. Do you really think they are throwing this into the trash can after a successful transaction?

Once you buy from them, they own you. Do what they want you to do or you will pay for it. Don't ever say anything to anyone to piss them off because you don't even know exactly who all is involved with them.


When was the last time you saw rolegold report a player for breaking the TOS? Have you ever heard of this happening on any game? You say "just don't barking, uses your mind logically" (what the hell does that even mean? I don't really understand. MIS have 962 base dura while FIS has 913 base dura but with national plating FIS with lesser dura can have 1420 dura ? Am I missing some hidden stats or is ivyro's stats not correct for the FIS ?

Simple, the FIS starts out with Festive Wood Paneling, meaning it's dura is at 110%, the MIS starts out with Oak, meaning it's dura is at 125%. Once you put Nation Paneling (which is 141% dura) the MIS has lower dura than the FIS

IGP. Without fusion no, with fusion almost anything is possible. But specially for IGP, I believe yes, it can be fused.

Wait AM, you can only use 1 skill inheritance fuse, meaning you have to choose between IGP or RSM, can't have both. You could have a 4th optional skill by fusing a 'Skill slot Addition 1' or even a 2nd and 3rd with 'Skill slot addition 2 and 3' but the ship must not be maxed improved, i.e 7/7 for FIS, 6/7 FIS you could add 'Skill slot addition 1' with this fuse option and have let's say, WMB, DP, DHP as optional skills, IGP or RSM from skill inheritance.
