            well if used delphin sails 6/6 is more than 1 bil cause only ssips cost 600 mil (as u need 41) for ex if it has 1 dstorm in it its 1,1b if we add 100mil for panel and other stuff ut makes 1,2b this costs 1,2b to 6/6 so do math before u talk guys

            in maris does this ship evade melee 100% too?

            No turtle ship gives 100% melee evasion anymore. It was nerfed to a certain level.

            All Turtle Ships just have a high chance of avoiding melee battle now (70-80%ish) similar to the Evade Melee Battle ship skill, rather then being completely melee proof.
