It is possible to obtain these randomly from Land Battle Recovery Item Award as well.

The quest is Medicine of the Medici to get these as a reward. Quest doesn't appear to be repeatable though.

It is repeatable, but only if you lose the discovery card through debate tournaments, presenting discoveries to Ambon/Ternate/Lima/Caribbean officials, or through Treasure Hunt clue synthesis. The quest reward medicine item may be a one-time per character limit, as well.

This can be made now through Alchemy at Paracelcus Estate in Venice.

Requirement: R15 Alchemy and R15 Handicraft
Ingridients: 1x Gaseous Drug, 10x Dragon's Blood and 20x Peony
Quantity per production: 1 ~ 2

This grants about 20 % less XP than the recipe of Explorer's Household Medicine for some reason. Moreover Dragon's Blood can be bought at Socotra, however it is strongly recommended to have a high medicine trading skill due the fact they don't sell in high quantity... :( This makes in combination of gaseous drug a pain to make those.

For the effect of this landbattle item:
It heals about 400 Stamina and this applies also on nearby fleets. The use of the gauge is pretty much less than the most multi-heal items.
