For the recipes with really long names, you just have to aim your mouse-pointer arrow at the left-most book icon part of the recipe. It brings up a full description of the recipe name, and a brief description of the recipe itself.

Two new recipes at Paracelsus. Opened by completing the quest "Egypt and Atlantis" from London adventure guild and then going to your capital's docks twice. You do not need to do the ganador mentioned in the ogp patch notes. The recipes:
1) Making Transmutation Alchemy Equipment, r1 alchemy r5 handicrafts
50 Rare Books + 40 Seal of sorcery + 1 Processed lumber
Gives +1 documents furniture that can be used for transmutation alchemy.
2) Making Complex Alchemy Equipment, r12 alchemy r12 handicrafts
1 Basic Alchemy Test Kiln + 1 Transmutation Alchemy Equipment + 1 Basic Lab Bench
Gives +3 documents furniture that can be used for transmutation alchemy and alchemy experiments.

This Copying Medicine of t... r15 is good for gring?

When I grinded alchemy back on GAMA, I actually got more prof points from doing the R11 recipe to make 
Explorer's Household Medicine then the R15 one to make 
Medicine of the Medici, probably because the former recipe gives 4~5 while the latter only gave 1~2. Not to mention it's a lot easier to make (for a high-ranking Alchemy recipe that is).
I also heard from other players that they managed to grind alchemy quite nicely from trying to make 100 defense
Fool's Hands and 
Fool's Feet and selling them for a hefty profit, though I never tried it myself from the short time I had alchemy.
