Nope, cant be repaired aside from using The World card (Empress is for ship parts). You can repeat the quest to get another one however. Just make sure you dont have the oxford skill Hide Completed Quests equipped.

This is way cheaper than Tarot cards regardless of how expensive people sell them, with a decent rank of Storage you can get near 60 shots with only 1 AoS and the quest is easy to pop in various ports.
