you can add IGP on AFCV, check with a GM or world chat, but i believe its Mod heavy gun port, admiral's cabin and munitions chambers

I think your kidding yourself if you think your getting one of these for 100mil. First it cost 45mil to the SY alone and that's without changing the cargo, then you have the hull, large three deck hull(10-20mil), 6 improved steel sheet(2-5mil), and a wore out HASC (10-20mil), then you can find a handicrafter and a shipbuilder (10-20mil to either for their time) to make the hull (I'd sell just a official hull for 100mil). Then you have 4 other parts sail, gun port, and two more (10-50mil each). So I'd say for a good r20 built official FCV your looking at 250mil good luck with even finding the parts for a non-official for 100mil.

For comp members is different, a lot of shipbuilders try to make ships at cost for company and friends. But, 100M for market selling, is making shipbuilders and crafters hard work like garbage, considering how people happily paid billions for ships that had no effort to been built, just luck and/or tons of dollars.
