• You can add skills to ships using Special Shipbuilding Improvement Permits as long as the skill is listed by the ship when you look it up on this site. Usually 4-5 possible skills. Cashing in 200 Patriot Awards will get you 1 original shipbuilding permit. You can add one original skill to any ship. So if you want a skill for you ship that is not listed by the ship (the 4-5) you need to use an original shipbuilding permit. Which you can only buy with patriot awards. ( 01510016 )

• You add this sail to any heavy ship. You add it through the special shipbuilding option at the shipyard master. However you'll need Special Shipbuilding Improvement Permits to do this. You have to buy those from the NC shop. ( 02200026 )

• Nope the are different things... Special Shipbuilding Improvment Permit can allow you to improve the stats of your ship as well as add skills that your ship can have. (see your ship on this website to wee which 4-5 can be added). An original Ship Building Permit allows you to add any 1 skill to your ship. This process just adds the skill and doesn't improve stats at all. ( 01510016 )
