don't know if this is still relevant, but the fleet is on the western end of the island where santo domingo is situated. you will get ambushed near that small island

for all your quest needs job, adventure, merchant, maritime and imperial etc try looking in the QUESTS (beta) - left margin ..... be advised you may have to use a translator...such hard work for you lot

err today after a player pirate attaced me , i got green flag status, this apparently last for 5mins but within a minute i got attacked by npc and lost greenflag status, is this how its supposed to work?

green flag after attacked by pirate ( either succesful or not) only protects you from being attacked by players not npcs

yes booster items can be used to get you the required rank in skills. Translation notes can be used to get you the language requirement too.

I wasted 25 QMP and nothing, then I figurerd that I was missing Dutch so I rushed to London, I bought it then returned to Amsterdam and the quest appreared just with 1 QMP more
