                            Eh, just as a warning, I tried to share this quest with a friend, but they got a message about not having met the requirements, blah-blah. They've never discovered any W. Coast ports other than Panama, so we think that's the trouble...

                            Didn't find anything on JP wikis about pre-reqs, but since this quest is based in Lima, pre-discovery of that city must be the key. Can't think of any other explanation.

                            For fun, I checked my discovery log, and it does show that this quest requires having discovered Lima before it will show up.
