                      I think there's another prequest for this? I already discovered the "The Spirit of Umina" but it still won't show up. Anyone knows?

                      I figure you have to actually complete the quest named "The Real El Dorado", that is part of the merchant series chain for Quipucamayocs title. By this meaning that you don't just have to have the title, you gotta complete the merchant series chain, until "The Real El Dorado" quest. :3
