I can see this is needed in only three recipes, for clothes that presumably require a title. So is there any demand at all from any sewing player for it? I just got 5 of them, no idea what to do with them, how much to try and sell etc.

I have 100 or so of these stored away on an alt, the rest I npc sell. I have yet to find any other use for them.

You get the top one from the quest that gives you the title, so I don't see any need making that one and trying to sell.
