There is a ton of prequest for this. First is the bird like horse. Then have all the ones up to kind of madgasgar. Then all 6 in madgasgar chain. All must be done before you can pull this quest.

There has to be more prequests then what listed here for this quest with 84 QMP and all the skills I could not pull it. I have over 100 adventure fame so not fame. Since I cannot seem to pull it keeping me from getting ranger class did all but the this demon servant and last 2 in ranger quest line.

I used a Special QMP to pop this quest I believe. and at the time I dont think I had over 100k adv fame yet.

I finally got it almost 100 QMP but finally poped got first 5 alchemy quests while trying to get it to pop so was not that bad I guess.

contrary to couple comments above, by using african translation notes, I pulled the quest after only about 15 qmps

I got it to show up several times without language notes. Too bad I didn't want it at the time. :)
But who knows, language notes might help!
