Masked Lovebird ★★★★★★ (Bird) Exp:1144 Fame:450
Its red beak and white-ringed eyes give it a characteristic appearance. It spends nearly all its active time in pairs. Its main diet is seeds or fruit.

Having
Swahili seemed to help pulling this quest.
H.-Gazi04-03-2017
This applies (almost) all kind of quests.
When you got the language skill (even if it is through translation note/world language reader), the chance of pulling the quest increases dramatically. Having the other skills meeted supports this likehood as well. :-)

This seems to be a very rare quest to get. I ended up using over 60 QMPs before I could get it to appear. I would recommend getting the Swahili language, or the translation notes for it (the Interpreter in Saint-Georges sells them).

This quest, the quest "A Very small Gem" and "Kidnapping" are the reason most people give up when doing the Xanadu Chain
CaliCaddy02-22-2019
I don't think anyone determined enough to even attempt Xanadu chain will give up because of a mere long quest especially when they are already 30+ quests in
Bael02-22-2019
And why non-Adventurers want Xanadu anyway? If you are an Adv you will do a clean up of quests, those you're straggling with will appear without using QMPs eventually.

Not all adventurers need max discos to feel fulfilled.

This was a real pain to pull, and the only way i was ablle to pull it was through a World Languages Reader. If you don't have Swahili or the appropriate language notes then get a World Languages Reader, they are about 1m in Seville.

Comments from The Jap wiki state that it's "Difficult to get without notes in Swahili or African languages".
