도니가에서 제작을 의뢰했다는 그림말인가. 한 번 밖에 못 봤지만, 조각가의 눈은 참 독특한 것 같더군. 피부나 옷의 질감이 묘하게 단단하다고 해야 할까, 대리석 같더라구. 음영이 강해서일까… … 아예 본인에게 물어보지. 베네치아에 있을 걸세.

2. 베네치아, 미켈란젤로
아아, 그 그림말이군… … 비슷한 무렵에 큰 조각의 의로도 받았었지. 정말 일이 너무 많아서 정신이 없을 정도였다네. 그럴 때 그림의 의뢰가 들어왔길래, 기분 전환이 될 것 같아 받아들였다네. 그래서 내 취향을 살려 그렸지. 이도시의 교회에 있다네.

3. 결론
베네치아의 교회에 미켈란젤로의 그림이 있다고 한다. 기분 전환이라고는 하지만, 분명히 훌륭한 그림일 것이다. 교회 좌석의 중앙 오른쪽에 있다고 한다.
