          There's a fair amount of forest untouched by humans on the Caribbean islands. Supposedly, a brightly coloured bird has been seen there. It's said to have seven different colours.
          I'd like you to verify its existence. Sorry that it's quite a journey. Ask around at a tavern in San Juan.

                        A large, richly coloured parakeet. It stands at over a meter when you include the tail, and is very beautiful indeed. Red is the most common colour, but you will also find blue ones. Just like other parakeets, they're not particularly good flyers.

                        used 50 qmp without the needed ranks, no sucess.
                        Equiped my gear to eco and bio, then used the 10x qmp thing aiming to caribbean and worked well.

                        Lush is right. I had to meet requirements before I could pull the quest.

                        It showed up for me long before I met the requirements. In general, meeting quest requirements seems to increase the likelihood of appearance by some unmeasured percentage rate. Boost skills with equipment and use language notes/aides wherever possible -- if you feel like weighting the dice a bit more in your favor. Cheers. :)
