You have to set the steward manually. To do it, click on your current steward and select "Quarters Information", then "Steward". Here you can choose among all the aides you unlocked :)

I pulled this quest when I had roughly 30k-40k adv fame, but I expect it would show up much sooner than that. There's no pre-quests for this, either, so it's just a matter of patience... and/or QMP spamming. (I guess the college skill that hides quests you've already completed would help, too, but odds are most players will pull this quest long before unlocking that skill.)

actualy its quite easy quest to get, i done it with 19k adv fame, tho i had it show up earlier also. Didn't even had to use qmp to get it
