Both appear at the same spot-

A message will tell you theres's a phenomenon on the south-west.
It appear at the left path at the middle of the slope.

Brocken Spectre appears in the morning.
Red snow appears in the morning.

R14 search: Traveler's Notes, Quadrant, Rocks (stopped after about 10 minutes).

Pet find: Spicy Sauce, Assorted Ointments (rank 5), Peeled Seeds


Used the stacked boulder to the left (near the Brocken Spectre discovery).

Also found Ground Blizzard weather phenomenon on the other pathway from the stacked boulders that I used for collection/procurement.

This area is accessed by landing at the Bay of Bengal North Coast and going further inland - it's possible to do this despite a lack of a discovery (unlike older inland zones) so you can visit here as early as you like to. You will find the following items/goods/enemies:
