No you must do several (2 treasure app quests & very high rank geo quests) quests from stockholm and if done, you will be able to see a quest called "A Dream to End The Nightmare" which unlocks Vinland Cape and afterwards, you will be able to obtain the equips, cards, and discoveries.

Collection: Common Grass, Log, White Ore, Yellow Ore, Boulders, (gm mentioned iron ore but i couldn't get any.)

Iron ore would be sweet because then you would have everything for mct's on one landing zone. (And for that same reason I am doubtful that it will be there)

r16 search by campsite gave Prospector's dowsing rod, Fur Tunic (+1 gunfire), Hair Band (no bonus), and Common Grass.

well, there is iron ore in this are - but you have to plunder it from NPC.
I get 12 iron ore from one NPC with r10 plunder.
