This landing point can be reached once you chart the Northeast Passage and receive port permits for the West Kara Sea - coordinates are 3268, 1460. You will find the following items/goods/enemies:

So, this is suposedly the best spot to get Splendid and Sparkling Treasure Chests because its high level enemy and their fast spawn rate.

There's only one lvl 75 guy at the center of the map, he is always surronded by 3 other 73 lvl guys. This sould be the hardest fight of the map and, since papaya post said that harder fight bring better valuabe chests, your best shot there.

However,

in my experience, i have much more lucky with lvl 73 enemies around the map. In fact, the lvl 73 guy near the large boulder in the south west gave me 3 Splendid chest almost in a row.


I tryed to run some dungeons and another high level enemy land maps, but this is by far the best option, because the spawn speed.

Lets bring the SSIP prices down!

The large Black Sea fleets are good if you have AoS (and you can do BR too).
