If you take this to the Guildmaster of the guild that matches the job you want to change to you can change to that job. There are different types of Job Change Certificates and you'll need a certain type to change into certain jobs. Also, once you use a Job Change Certificate you won't be able to use it again no matter what, so be careful. If you accidentally change jobs to one that you didn't want to be then you'll have to go through the process of getting the Job Change Certificate again.
