The Flame/Thunder King Charms are non-tradable, and be aware that Atlantis has no bank clerk or shared storage NPC (you cant even access ganador base from there), so your need to hop between ports for money and item withdraw/deposit. If you have the Master of Ancient Technologies title, that will help quite a bit cutting down the trips.

Regarding banks, just use Lost Ancient Celestial Globe to teleport to/from Atlantis and the city of your choice after unlocking it with the Solar Barge for the week. Easier that way.
