A national title in some senses, this is awarded to anyone who has:

1. Built the Solar Barge
2. Discovered the Acropolis of Atlantis

An additional requirement is that one's National Progress bar (tied to Ancient Technology Research out of Atlantis) must have reached a certain level via that nation's players grinding Ancient Technology quests for AT points.

Once these three fields are met, this title becomes available and usable for a week, right up until Atlantis relocates the following week, resetting Solar Barge progress and thus removing the title from your selection list until you once more meet the three requirements.

Its effect is to allow free, continual access to Atlantis by way of Solar Barge for as often as you like; simply equip the title and then you can use the Barge button from your nation's port. It's a one-way trip as usual, but for as long as you have the title, you can keep reusing it to visit Atlantis personally. Beats rebuilding the Barge every time you want to go for that week, doesn't it?

Note that leaving this title equipped will not keep you from losing access to its effects when Atlantis either relocates for the week, or disappears for periods at a time from the game; it simply grays out as other titles do when you fail to meet their requirements. And as Atlantis isn't always accessible in-game, you cannot always be completing the Solar Barge or doing Ancient Technology Research, thus rendering this title inaccessible until Atlantis decides to return.

For Japanese players, Atlantis returns every so often for a single month, is a much advertised event, then it disappears again for who knows how long before eventually returning for another 'exciting' month. It has yet to return to Maris international server as of this comment, but I expect there'll be a very big, public announcement if and when it finally does.

To quote CA H-Gazi:

This trick has been around for a while and will work as long as you do it even up to a minute before the 10 AM deadline. Cheers.
