This quest doesn't appear for me in either locations. I have all of the requirements and have used around 70 QMP's already. Any advice?

Are you looking for "A cat that stands on two legs" quest (grants meetkat discovery ONLY)? Or "Observing the lovable meetkat" quest (grants meetkat pet)? You need the discovery out of the first to be able to pop the second and you need eco/bio at least 2/4 to be able to pop the first. I have popped both in the past without any special effort or QMP, just normal adventuring gameplay. Unfortunately for you, I have already sold the meerkat :-(.

I'd like to do both quests. I have all of the requirements (Eco Research r2, Biology r4, waf). I traveled all the way from Seville to Saint-Georges to try and pull the quest (had no luck at all), then went to get WAF (as previously I only had Body Language and figured that was the problem), this time I went all the way to Cape Town and had no luck there either. I have come to the conclusion (although I might be wrong) that these 2 quests might have an Adventure Fame requirement not listed and I don't have that fame yet (Currently have just over 1,000 adv fame).

I've talked to another DH and he said it looks like the "A cat that stands on two legs" has a 25k fame requirement. We're just not sure if that's 25k total fame or 25k adventure fame.
