Nah, armour and dura so god damn low that evading melee doesn't help it at all since it easily dies in cannon/mine fights anyway. Imagine CAA immune to melee does that make it 4-5b?

Sure, when a CAA is changed to have 5 broadsides, igp, among other skills. Atakebune is not the same ship as a Turtle ship. Comparing the two is the same as comparing a frigate and a vais.

now that turtles can be built this ship is worth nothingggg. 1-2b depending on mods only because of aide use tactical potential. The only reason it had any value in the first place is because of the "no melee" effect. You can buy a stacked turtle ship for 21m in Korea and can go 6/6 with it if you choose too. Id take that anydays over this.
