                  By doing FS it starts by 1/X because u can add the first shikp skill and also imrpoves the ship, by doing Normal SB ive seen 0/X and 1/X, dunno whats the fact of it...

                  its value depends on the improves fitted, i cannot give you a value, i have an 8/8 RHG . to me a 6/6 or 7/7 galleas is only worth about 300-500m

                  * to make great improves you would need D-storm / D-gaff sails and the majority of people will not put those on this ship...

                  the parts would cost about 1.5-2b
                  but the ship would not sell for that much
                  maybe 1-2b - no profit
                  and likely a loss
