/\This is not true/\ as I have just gotten the same map with this skill on. It does say you will not obtain a map that has no scholary value, whatever that means?

You dont have to complete a treasure map, treasures have no discovery card. If you activate this you will only get maps with discoveries on it not any other map no matter if you havent done it.

the uses of this is to hide the treasure map that you can get trough the archive and getting only discovery map either you have discover it or not...

for hiding already found discovery from a map...you may refer to this...
Hide Discovered Maps

by using both Hide Discovered Maps and Hide Treasure Maps..you can find a discovery map that you haven't found yet or you lose discovery CARD for the discovery you already found...
