Um.... okay then. Also called an "Afternoon Tea Set" in some of the translated pages I've looked at; this is an Aide Quarters production recipe, requires 
Adept of Ages (18th Century-P.3) and an aide with cooking rank ten. Ingredients:
Fondant Mille Crepes x10 (sold in Lisbon's tavern from the clerk)
Macaron x10 (produced in Florence from Monica at Medici's residence with sufficient cooking contribution points)
Black Tea x10 (sold in Calicut and Mozambique with 120k/180k total investment, and Ceylon and Diu without investment)
Produces 8 pieces per production.

This showed up for a friend when they equipped the title, so it is in-game as of Chapter 2: Astronomy (or has it been there for longer?). I have no idea what effect this item has, but considering the ridiculously complicated steps necessary to gather the ingredients (looking at you, Macarons)...

I have reason to believe that this food has an effect of 
Special increased assistance (Random), though I have yet to figure out why such a difficult to produce Aide Food would have such a seemingly unimpressive Effect. Still haven't made any to test it myself, I'm afraid.
