Almonds x3
Jam x2
Honey x1

I cannot confirm this firsthand at the moment, and I don't know how many Florentine points it costs to make, if it is available. Needed for an important new memorial album for a +1 Cooking, +1 Handicrafts weapon item.

Yes, this recipe is available from Monica at the Vecchio Palace of Florence, and the listed ingredients are correct. It requires 80 points from cooking contribution to produce Macarons. Is there a list of what trade goods yield the best Florentine points per category?

... then either Maple Syrup (ten points) or Almond Oil (seven points) seem good to use for Florentine cooking points. Seeing as this item is needed to produce the new aide food item Afternoon Tea Set, I'll be testing both items soon.

Did you try tuna? I seem to recall people suggesting it gives good number of cooking points. Sunfish too, but harder to find a place to catch them reliably. I've probably tried them both but don't remember exact number of points at the moment.

Digging a bit deeper on that same list, it shows Tuna as having a base value of 6 cooking/storage. Trying three Tuna, I ended up with 11 in both categories. Decent in a pinch, so thanks for the idea; if Macarons turn out to be valuable, though, Maple Syrup's 10 cooking points or Almond Oil's 7 cooking points might prove more helpful in the long run. Sunfish are listed as 21 points, but catching them regularly is tough to do, as you've said.
