This item is super handy incase you're unlucky with bargaining the market keeper for maximum profit or discount. It is also good for grinding Accounts Skill. You can obtain them from the following:

> From monthly company gift like Jafar said.
> From Printed Material Exchange Ticket at the colony which may give four of this.
> Shipwreck at North America Passage (20 ~ 22 of them).

Current market is approx. 2m each.

There are no shopkeepers that sell these with Chrono title (at least thats what the Japanese wiki states anyway). If it were the case it would make haggling way too easy and make the Sociability skill unnecessary and obsolete. So it would make some sense to not make Renegotiation demands so easily obtainable. I think what happened was pretty much everyone get these as a monthly company gift, so the market is a bit flooded with these.

Is there not any other ways to get these? Maybe a pet collection spot or something, hard to imagine how people sell a lot of these at times.

The only other source I'm aware of is Trade-based Historical Events, and that is a fairly limited reward amount too. It is possible there are other ways to get this item but I cannot find any evidence of pets being able to farm it at this time. Sorry I couldn't be of more help this time; cheers and great online voyaging to you.

As far as i know there are 3 main sources for those:

First: Colony

Printed Material Exchange Ticket and Special Document Exchange Ticket
Each toon can get 2 each every day from the printer (1 each if you are guest in that colony)
They have a about 10% chance to drop 4 RenegDemand, so if you visit your colony daily, with a couple of toons, that adds up quickly.
Also the Purchase Request Ticket (No.2) (500k from Sergio) has a about 4% chance to drop one RenegDemand. Not worth it i would say, but posible.


Second: Races
Race Participation Memorial Ticket
A about 10% chance to get 3 RenegDemands
If you have a fast fleet you can grind those pretty quickly.


Third: Agent
Donation Appreciation Exchange Ticket (No.1)
I have not done a lot of that, so i can't realy say much about how the chances are but i opened 15 once and got 5 RenegDemands.
