What have people been getting out of the tickets for the current historical event race? I have been repeating the race and collecting them, have around 100 and more to come, but didn't open any yet :-).

I also got one Forged Correspondence. Very rare, just 1 in 120+ tickets, but it's possible.

Seems like the contents of this have changed since we were last discussing about it. I opened 126 and got the following:
Tow Permit
Hanseatic League Seal
Silver Tarot
Stomach Medicine
Headache Medication
Master's Tailoring Tools
Renegotiation Demand
Request Investment Book
Master Craftsman's Carpentry Tools
Shipwreck Map Piece

I think these are all. Silver tarots extremely rare, only got some out of 1 of my 126 tickets. Headache meds 5 times, MTTs 7 times, the rest feels like more or less same frequency.

What your exactly get varies from player to player I suppose. I got over 240 of these and this what I ended up with:

44 MTTs
66 RDs
123 RIBs
100 MCCTs
200 TPs
45 STs
20 HMs (very rarely I got these)
115 SMs
114 HLSs
130 SWMPS

Personally, I would have switched the HLSs and the RIBs out for the QMPs and POs from the last revision since you can buy those easily at the item shops with the correct time period title. Not so with the QMPs and POs.
