It depends on the situation. Are you fighting solo, or in a fleet? Purple (Asclep. Elixir) can heal more health than Danu, but only on a single target -- on the other hand, Danu can heal both user and any fleet members within a very close proximity. I haven't used Secret Meds much, so no idea on that one.
