Maybe is worth to mention that you must unlock this recipe by finishing a specific legacy discovery before hand. I was stuck because it didn't showed to me at my quarters.

This one got me. Must get element of wisdom from another legacy then unlock it in his own legacy. Geezzz...

My apologies for your troubles. Non-7 Wonder Legacies always require a specific discovery to unlock a specific recipe; this is detailed both on the Album page and Beomi's excellent guide to legacies, so I did not think of mentioning it once again on each item page. I will try and rethink that policy in the future. Cheers.
