The chain quest follows after unlocking Xanadu:

#1 Quest: Mongolian Bow Technology (translated) (Chronoquest 14th Century)
Location: St. Petersburg adventure guild
Requirements: R10 search, R12 Appraisal and R10 Unlock
1. Talk with St.Petersburg Craftsman
2. Talk 4x with young man in Xanadu.
3. Observe and search in Xanadu (Treasure / Synhetic Bow).

#2 Quest: Culmination of bow research
Location: Amsterdam/London adventure guild
Requirement: Far Europe Language
1. Talk to St. Petersburg Craftsman.
2. Give 2 Leather to the Crafstman in Oslo then you get the bow.

You can also get the 2 leather from stockholm.

Looks great! I also like that it has 10 defense, which the Shining Golden Bow lacks.

Can get the bow everytime with the quest, must confirm if it's repeatable. After I've done it I never saw the quest again, but I leeched from fleet mate and got the bow again.

#2 Quest: Culmination of bow research (above) has incorrect information. Change to read:
2. Give 2 Leather to St. Petersburg Craftsman (you can GET the Leather at Oslo. Also at Stockholm.)

And, you get the bow when you report the completed Quest to the Guild or to a Barmaid.
