@Misun, you weren't paying attention to your ATT nubmers then, because sniping increases ATT as well as speeding up how fast you shoot.

Yep, like Throwing, it increases atk by a couple of points each rank. Not a big difference though.

This skill can be used at R1 to learn a new battle skill:

Bow Attack - Increases the Critical rate when using a bow or crossbow in Land Battle.

It can be picked up from Sheik Uareo in Havana. Or... just change into Hunter and Musketeer jobs, which favor Bow Attack, allowing you to learn it anywhere.

Sniping only affects the following weapon-types:

Rifle
Handgun/Pistol
Bow
Crossbow

Throwing knife weapons are only boosted by

Throwing skill.
