In reading the linked recipe, I see this will require 20 Goldwork, 20 Flax, and 10 Fine Velvet per uniform.

If I am reading Destry's excel sheet correctly, the title needed to equip this outfit cannot be obtained without a 14th Century chrono title to help complete the 12 Zodiac discoveries. Barring a favorable shift in the World Clock, if that is even possible, this outfit will only be of use or interest to those who have reached Xanadu.

Marshall: I don't know the name of the book in GAMA, but you obtain it for completing the memorial album for the second set of the 12 Zodiac constellation discoveries, IIRC.

Visitor: Ugh, I didn't know that. Haven't been to Xanadu yet, so I guess this means I won't be needing this outfit yet. It's also been pointed out to me that because you have to equip the Stargazer title to wear this robe, you can't use the robe's +1 Astronomy boost to help find any Astronomy discoveries that require Chrono titles to find, as opposed to quest/archive map discoveries.

I've seen them in company shops for 20-30m; anything higher seems... absurd. But remember that this outfit has a cripplingly large number of requirements before you can equip it (complete the massive quest chain to find Xanadu, find 12 middle-to-high ranked Zodiac discoveries), too.

Frankly, by the time most players have the Stargazer title to actually wear this robe, they probably won't really need it. Doesn't help much that the Stargazer title requirement conflicts with "wild" astronomical discoveries which need Adept of Age titles to find if the World Clock isn't in the right era.

This robe is useless other than the looking. once you are able to use it you don't need it anymore, can only be used when finish both Zodiac MAs that needs Astronomy r10 to finish them and the recipe comes from one of them, there are no quests higher than r10, from the JP Wiki only Atlantis Chapter1 "King Minos" will add quests higher (r13).
I agree with 20-30m price.

Quick update: there are r17 Astro quests, but its still irrelevant, like Guilder says, too many quests to obtain. The player will have found solutions by then.

Oxfords +3, Reference Room, there's other equipment too, this is really just a statement: I did it. Like the bear suit. But not as nice.

Maybe early on when Astronomy was introduced and booster equipment for it was rare this was semi-helpful, but Erudite Gown and Erudite Dress outfits are far easier to get (take the easy quest Childhood Friends ), and needs no titles needed to equip. Not to mention it gives +2 to both Astronomy and Recognition instead of 1. Thus, this outfit is rather obsolete unless your getting it for looks or for completion purposes.
