Ive seen several WTB offerings ranging from 300 mil to 1 bil, but I have yet see anyone sell this (at least whenever im on anyway). It appears its one of those items that drops very rarely from the sailors bottle. So good luck trying to get one unless your willing to try your luck with money with the bottle...
