A new Christmas event has begun in Bergen. Looks to be this one:

Purple Santa clothes for both genders will be available as rewards... at some point. Since it literally just began a few minutes ago, I have no other information to offer at this time.

Is blue the only costume available at the moment?

All Santa outfits in UWO are usually available as part of a Christmas event. This year's "event" (not quite the same as actual server events like the Wannabe Vikings one) only gave out blue. I believe the red Santa clothes were sold in the cash shop last year? I know of no others available in-game, at any rate.
