SdmundBlackadder has asked in the OGP forum for any info on this item. These's nothing listed on this site or the Wiki as far as I can tell. If anyone has any useful info regarding this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you

It can be plundered from "Tripoli merchant fleet" according to this page. But I haven't tried it myself.

The fleet is rare and the dolman is a rare drop from it, so this is not easy to get. Kill Islamic merchant fleets over and over to spawn the Tripoli merchant fleet (3 heavy caravel, 1 caravel); about 3 spawn sites in each of gibraltar, balearic and tyrrhenian waters. The fleet also drops miser's chains sometimes. My data is 31 miser's chains for 1 dolman.
