Are this equip re-obtainable like AOS? Mine got plundered by those damn NPC pirates.

Unfortunately not, RvZ. Even if you pull it using a different character, you don't get the rod again.

In my experience, NPC pirates don't keep what they plunder, so if you have Flotsam search or spam recognition in the general area it happened, you may be able to get it back that way. Lookout skill when active notes if there's something to be dredged out of the sea as well. Hope you get it back... cheers.
