Ive seen them as high as 42 attack, what is the highest defense this can go to? Also with the possibility of armour forging tools returning, since this is non plunderable would a 42 att be wise to forge the defense on?

The book is NC so ppl pretend that all things craft from the book cant be plundered. The NC item is the book not the craft. No one trains plunder properly, anyway players dont even know how it works so almost everything except vinland set is safe. Vinland have a real low secret number to be plundered. So dont worry, no one will plunder this from you... Aelita and Death time pass long time ago.

No, the Narrow-sleeved Beizi doesn't have any attack power aside from some defense, it's just one of the very few equipments for female characters that gives +2 rowing. Theres two versions of that clothing though. The one that also gives +1 to swordplay and steering is obtained as a nanban reward in Chongqing if you trade there and have your nanban points in China maxed out. The other that just has +2 rowing is a rare drop from these level 59 NPCs in Loess Plateau, and can also be plundered from the Merchant raider fleet hanging around China.

If on the other hand your looking for 60 disguise equipment for females, theres Odalisque Dress which comes from the same book.

after Sewing skill refinement it is possible to produce higher stats equipment.
Made one 43 att 20 def lace coat, and another with 48 att 20 def

Although the sewing book will likely never be re-released on Maris server, the Lace Coat itself is (finally) available again.
