This FS ship is not on Maris. Was blocked also on GAMA possibly due to this being an FS ship able to compete with cash ships at the time. Now, not so much. Though it has been put on the CA suggestion list to allow this to be built again, only time will tell.

But that does not matter because it is still not on Maris.

That the Dauphin Royal is not buildable is now at least classified as "Known Bug". So it might change soon. :)
