WowVeryCap06-30-2014
I was able to build it at R5.
poison06-30-2014
You sure it wasn't 5+1?
WowVeryCap06-30-2014
Yes, I'm sure. I'm R5 with no boost and no Shipwright job, and built one in Manila.
Caddy11-19-2017
With so many SB options obstructed by lack of development, this is probably the best way to grind atm with possible exception of schooners at comp colony (if you have access to a colony with a r2 shipyard). Other notable methods include ESBRing with things like TLG (since all that matters is XP and days to completion is negated).
