Also, SQMP would be a waste for this, anyway. It isn't a very rare or hard to get quest, and I seriously doubt it would be on any modified list available through SQMP. Don't waste money on it.

Quests dont require fame, thats just a myth. You need the req and language increase a lot the chance to spawn a quest in mediators. If they dont spawn is not that you dont have the fame, quest spawn is random and can get it in 1 qmp or 1000.

H9376 is either trolling, or completely ignorant of how this game works. All but the most beginner quests have a fame requirement, and this is verifiable on the Taiwanese and Korean wikis. The information is out there, it's just a matter of wading through machine translation to get it.

To quote myself:

"47k is for upper (46k for Leshan). Both of the mid quests are MUCH less, 8k verified for one, and a similar amount for the other."

This quest needs around 7.5k or 8k fame. It's the quests for the upper levels of each EA dungeon that are the pain in the ass, with 46k and 47k requirements. I can confirm that this quest will show without the language req, but if it doesn't, you'll waste less QMPs by having the language. It's mainly the job quests (and some of their prequests) that are real sticklers about having all possible reqs, including language.
