      I had you search for a blue bird in Japan some time ago, right? It seems that the dubious merchant in Nagasaki is looking for a similar-looking bird. He apparently fancied its appearance but the shrills got on his nerves. Raul in Portobelo should be able to sort you out.

                        I just cannot get this quest for whatever reason in Santo Domingo. Is it a rare quest? Is there prerequisites?

                        I just got it. From the quest description, it seems like it has a pre quest, some blue bird in Japan, which I guess I must have done! Not sure which one it is though.

                        You need to do Blue Bird of the Far East to get this one unlocked (which I already added in).

                        I'm curious however as to why this is rated as a 1 star quest considering you have to sail to Portobelo and all the way up the coast of North America to make this discovery.
