                              Someone please list the steps in this quest. It doesnt start in Tamsui like i thought it would

                              Steps 1 and 2 are listed in the Quest Guide above, pretty self-explanatory. Step 3 you go to Tamsui, go out the gate, then you go through until you get to the table rock and click on that to go through. Second level on Tamsui Southeast is Tamsui River West.
